Appetizers and finger food prices are super affordable for a quick bite and a drink. Come for the food and stay for the views!

Very nice ambience. The view of the city is wonderful. Very very good food. The lychee tiramisu is highly recommended. But what excited me most were the very nice, attentive wait staff. I also shared this praise with the boss, who was very happy about it and you also noticed that he is very proud of his employees. All in all, I can only recommend the location and will definitely come back.

Booked a table for Sunday evening by phone on Saturday, everything was done smoothly in 2 minutes. The ambience is very high quality, elegant but cozy, the waitresses are young but motivated and very attentive. View wonderful at night. I had some doubts about the food because I read something negative in many reviews: I can't understand it, we ate fish and it tasted great. For dessert I tried the Lychee Tiramisu and it was delicious. The bill fits, even if I found the wine to be overpriced (0.5 lt Gewürztraminer for 15 euros).

With luck we got a table at short notice, the restaurant was fully booked. Despite the longer waiting time, I am enthusiastic about the food and the staff. Super friendly wait staff and a great operator. The food was very good, I can only recommend it.

Beautiful view. Acceptable prices, nice staff. Unfortunately very crowded at times ... Toilets are small and a bit inconvenient.

Very friendly staff, great location - view over Kaiserslautern in the sunset, blue hour. The food, we both had pasta dishes, was delicious!

Without comment: we ordered two classic Daiquiris at the bar of 21 and ... they brought us a lemon granita with no trace of any alcoholic liquid, we did not expect a Zacapa but at least a trace of an ordinary ruhm ... We asked if by chance they had accidentally served a non-alcoholic drink but the answer was: these are alcoholic daiquiris !!! Incredible! However, the view is very beautiful.

The man at the front desk was very rude His way did not work at all ... Service came only after 40 minutes ... Will not go there devinitively. Only the view was nice.

I didn't even know that Kaiserslautern had something like that to offer. On the 21st floor of the community center you are sitting directly on the head of the white man of Fritz-Walter-Stadt. The ambience of this dining bar pleases at first glance. The selection of food and drinks is very good. The service is great. The roof terrace with the view of the city blows you away. You should not miss this location when visiting Kaiserslautern.

Great view, good atmosphere. Above the restaurant there is another outdoor area with a cocktail bar and comfortable seating. But wait staff should be more attentive. Twice they walked past the table with empty drinks glasses to ask at the next table with half full glasses whether everything was ok. That was a little incomprehensible to us. Cocktails were very good and reasonably priced.

The only bird view terrace in KL. Reasonable prices taking into account it's location. Fantastic view of the sunset.

Nice view for drinks great, but the food was bad, burnt and tasted even the Vapiano is better. It's a shame, the menu isn't really big, it can be done better !!!! At least the free dessert was compensated. Operation unskilled. Even the 3rd visit within several years did not improve the kitchen :( Very cool for chilling out, but not recommended for eating!

The food was good, the service was very friendly. There are questionable constructions on many of the windows, which unfortunately make it impossible to enjoy the view that we came for. The boss should take an example from his employees when it comes to politeness.

The food and cocktails are good here! You have a nice view of the city, considering it's Kaiserslautern.. I got the Entrecôte steak with Japanese pepper sauce and Wasabi mashed potatoes. It was so delicious! After dinner you can hang out outside on the balcony and have a drink and enjoy the view.

Burger was great and the views were amazing. When you go, enjoy your time out and expect to be there 2 hours or more. If you're impatient or in a hurry, 21 isn't the place for you. Step outside and be awed by the city views. I'll be going back once a month.

This place surprised me alot. It's a little pricey but well worth it. All of the food was better than expected. My husband proposed to me at this restaurant and the staff was very accommodating as he coordinated things with them ahead of time. Recommended for date night.

Best place in town?

Super delicious food, great team. In summer on the roof terrace there is beautiful music with a mega view. My favorite address❤

It was sooo yummy? The staff was Amazing too! Also, usually desserts are underwhelming but mine was just as yummy as the meal.
